We currently have the following positions available:

FLAGSTAFF

Direct Support Provider 2nd Shift - Part-time position, 32 hours per week in residential setting. Working hours are from 3:0 0p.m. Friday to 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Sleepovers are required. Must be 21 years or older and have an acceptable driving record. Starting pay is $9.75/hour.

Direct Support Provider 3rd Shift - Full-time OR part-time positions available. Weeknight shift, 32 to 40 hours OR weekend shift 16 to 24 hours. Working hours vary depending on the needs of the home, but are generally Midnight to 8:00 a.m. Starting pay is $8.25/hour. Benefits available for full-time.

Direct Support Provider Emergency Relief - On-call position for both residential and day program. The number of hours per week and the work location will vary. Employee can work as available. Must be 21 years or older and have an acceptable driving record. Sleepovers are required for residential positions. Starting pay is $9.00/hour.

Direct Support Providers - Full-time and part-time positions available. Work days and hours vary, depending on the needs of the residential setting. Starting pay is $8.25/hour.

Day Program - DTA Instructor - Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Hours are generally Monday - Friday between 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., although these can vary. Must be 21 years or older and have an acceptable driving record. Starting pay is $9.00/hour + benefits.

 

PRESCOTT

Direct Support Provider 1st Shift - Full time position, 45 hours per week in a residential setting. Working hours are from 3:00 p.m. Sunday through 8:30 a.m. Friday. You will be off work each day between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Fridays at 8:30a.m.). Sleepovers are required. Must be 21 years or older and have an acceptable driving record. Starting pay is $9.75/hour + benefits.
