This service provides job development assistance in matching the individual with an integrated competitive job in the community, and intensive time-limited supports to an employed individual once placed on a job. These supports may include, but are not limited to:

• Intensive on-the-job skill training (job coaching)
• Job related social skills training
• Frequent observation and follow-up services in order to reinforce and stabilize the job placement
• Facilitation of natural supports at the work site
• Other discrete services as necessary
